i parked using mobile honk app, paid overnight then got a parking ticket.

The city should NOT be issuing ticket but i still got one. Who’s responsible for this? THere’s an ad saying pay by using mobile app, since ticket’s not displayed how can i show my payment? this is frustrating.

Every time I’ve had a guest the vistor parking for 140 Erskine Ave takes the money and doesn’t give a ticket. Just happened today AGAIN! So frustrating.

We should have a free visitor parking pass like they have in the Homestead movie website

If you read the paragraph on page 16 of this document (http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2009/pg/bgrd/backgroundfile-19921.pdf) of the Toronto zoning by laws, it states that the zoning laws place restrictions on the charge for visitor parking in all residential zones. On the 26th of August 2010, this zoning law was passed (http://www.torontotenants.org/sites/torontotenants.org/files/publications/Tenant%20Summer%20Fall%2010.pdf).

Why are there still pay meters in the visitor parking area and tickets still being issued to those that do not use them?

The residential handbook that was just handed out a week ago in everyone’s mailbox also reiterates that this is an illegal act.

The immediate removal of these pay meters would be appreciated.
